According to a recent Bangladesh Bureau of Statistics (BBS) report, the sector is expected to grow over the next five years at a 15% annual rate, making it one of Bangladesh's fastest-growing industries. The vast majority of Bangladesh's fast-food outlets are concentrated in Dhaka, the capital city of more than 18 million people. There are, however, an increasing number of outlets in other major cities, including Chittagong, Sylhet, and Rajshahi.
